Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction. Please review our refund terms and conditions.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.

To cancel your order, you must inform Paddle of your decision by contacting them through their support channels. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.

3. Exception to the Right to Cancel

Your right as a consumer to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of digital content that you have started to download, stream or otherwise acquire, and to products which you have had the benefit of.

4. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel your order as permitted above, you will receive a reimbursement of all payments made. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which the cancellation request is received. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

This does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.

6. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact Paddle support at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
